We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx options to select areas. To see which couriers can deliver to you, add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart and head to checkout. You will be given real-time shipping quotes based on your delivery address. 

Yes, we do. However, customers are responsible for all customs and duties fees at time of delivery. For more information on international shipping, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page here

Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a courier tracking number via email to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

If your package doesn't make its way to you, please contact us via email at service@littlesleepyhead.com with your order information.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. But if you're not, we do accept returns for products purchased directly from our website within 90 days of sale. 

We gladly accept returns from all other sales platforms for a product exchange. We do require that the product(s) be in new condition and within the 90-day time frame. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

We know that each child and grown-up has a different preference in pillow thickness. If you find that your pillow is too thick or thin, you are more than welcome to exchange it within 90 days of purchase. Please contact us here with your order information and we will assist you!
