Shipping & Returns
We provide complimentary shipping on all orders over $50 to customers in the continental United States. *Only applicable when a sale is not occurring.
We offer both USPS and UPS shipping options to US customers.
Orders placed on LittleSleepyHead.com outside of the United States will be shipped via UPS or DHL. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or other additional charges that may be requested upon delivery. Little Sleepy Head is not responsible or involved in any international fees.
Some international shipments may arrive later than the original expected delivery date due to custom clearance delays. Unfortunately, Little Sleepy Head is not able to predict or prevent these delays. If you do not receive your international order within 30 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. But if you're note, we do accept returns for products purchased directly from our website and/or Amazon.com within 90 days of sale.
We gladly accept returns from all other sales platforms for a product exchange. We do require that the product(s) be in new condition and within the 90 day time frame. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

All shipping and/or customs fees for returned products are at the customer's expense. We recommend that you ship via a carrier that offers tracked shipping as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Please include your name, order number, email address, and note that you would like a refund inside of your package. Or, please email us at email@example.com to notify us of your request before we receive your package.
