SHIPPING

We offer both USPS and UPS shipping options to US customers.

Orders placed outside of the United States will be shipped via UPS or DHL. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or other additional charges that may be requested upon delivery. Little Sleepy Head is not responsible or involved in any international fees. Orders that are refused during delivery will be refunded once Little Sleepy Head has received the returned package. However, shipping and return fees will be deducted from the total order refund at the customer’s expense.

Some international shipments may arrive later than the original expected delivery date due to custom clearance delays. Unfortunately, Little Sleepy Head is not able to predict or prevent these delays. If you do not receive your international order within 30 days, please contact us at service@littlesleepyhead.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but, if you're not, we do accept returns for products purchased directly from our website within 90 days of sale.

All shipping and/or customs fees for returned products are at the customer's expense. It is recommended that you ship via a carrier that offers tracked shipping. Please include your name, order number, email address, and note that you would like a refund inside of your package. Or, please notify us here of your request before we receive your package.
