How is this pillow different from your toddler/youth pillows?

Our Standard, Queen, and King Adjustable Pillows are made with the exact same premium materials as our loved toddler and youth pillows - the same ultra-soft shell and our signature down-alternative filling.

How do I customize the loft and firmness?

Each pillow includes a discreet side zipper that lets you easily add or remove filling to create your perfect loft and firmness. We intentionally ship the pillow extra stuffed so you can remove fill until it feels just right for your sleeping position. If you prefer an even fuller, loftier pillow, simply reach out to us - we’re happy to send additional fill at no cost so you can customize it even more.

Can I use the pillow immediately?

Your pillow will arrive vacuum-sealed for clean, compact shipping, so we recommend placing it in the dryer on low heat or air-fluff for 10–15 minutes to help the filling expand fully. After that quick fluff, your pillow will be ready to customize and enjoy!
